Buyer’s Remorse Returns
Any returns due to buyer’s remorse must be in the original packaging, in re-sellable condition, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Mattress Returns
Mattresses are non-returnable if they have been opened or removed from their original plastic wrapping.
Please ensure you inspect your mattress before opening to confirm it meets your expectations.
